Think we are getting some of the best weather here Sylvia which makes a change for us but don't want to go anywhere else in case their weather isn't as good.

Very good FF. I love that song and DH loves Fairytale of NY - shows how different we are! Like all the Xmas songs from 70s and 80s like Wombling Merry Xmas, Lonely this Xmas, Wish it could be Xmas Every Day etc. Really showing my age. lol

Brrrrr - tad chilly here -rain on and off, blustery, fairly dismal looking.

Leaves are turning - few on ground but rest hanging on for dear life! Suits me - reckon I won't have to clear them off the lawns for a week or so :T:T

Plenty to do indoors today, sewing machine will be on the go, catching up etc.

Been rained off so no walk with my Dad today, booo.

Have to say my fav Xmas song is a bit cheesy. I love Mike Oldfield - In Dulci Jubilo (or however you spell it). It always gets me up and dancing about feeling Christmassy Love Fairytale in NY too and all the good old ones.

Ice sculptures in York? Where abouts? I'd love to go have a look as I'm close to there

Hi puddy cat pal - well just got 3 squids on tb and nowt on lottery - but guess 3 squids keeps me evens so will reinvest with paws crossed! Is you still on a winning roll?

Still sniffing n sneezing but feel a whole lot better than I did monday/tuesday - aches gone - just pleased it didn't go to the chest - though there seems to be a lot of peeps round here who have had it worse. Different virus? I never know? Anyhow, staying indoors for a few days to keep warm n cozy and get on with stuff
