Part of the Furniture I've been Money Tipped!

DD1 asked me to chase the GD's ipod which she sent back for repair. Went to Tesco with the papers in hand and explained to this rather nice young man, who listened intently and then very nicely explain that actually I should be at Argos. :rotfl::rotfl:
I felt like a right prat I can tell you.

    SYL

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks Sylv, that really did make me laugh :T

Your dinner sounds lovely sheils - I'm not even sure what we're having yet :o

Well done Euro --- better kept them separate they might breed like Koala's. :rotfl:

Had nice dinner out @ little Indian diner. Poppadoms, Naan, salad, Chutney, Chicken Tikka Biryani, little carton juice. £8

Sheils: They come from the Netherlands so not sure if you'll get them tmw. Have you tried the Crème Brûl!e. (didn't want to risk a whole pack) Some people mix theirs with syrups, cream, marshmallows, another disc etc.

Had a heart-stopping moment when got a Wish-list update email but it was a LEM

    Sylvia: LOL  :rotfl:

That sounds nice ILC. No have never tried the Crème Brule. My only other order got delivered to some-one else and I got a card saying they had taken it back to depot. Neighbour brought it round and I was still chasing up a parcel I thought was missing. (Yes it was Yodel before you ask)
Think you get advised of a win on the wish list early in the day.
    Was M & W good?

I dread ordering where Yodel are in the mix

Currys Wish List rarely send a LEM.

I prefer to buy in the shops (though not all stocked) rather than the waiting/uncertainty game.

M+W was a great laugh, a great homage to the original pair. Don't think there were any youngsters there.

Please, please please keep everything locked and up your security guys. Our street got robbed (sheds etc) this week and my coop was left open I had a terrible shock so please please be careful. I have now had to install motion sensors, CCTV, new alarm system spikes and other locks and padlocks but please be aware guys. It can happen to any of us if we get complacent. x

I am lucky as we live in an area with hardly any crime and packets quite often just get left in our porch or given to a neighbour. Have had laptops just left in the porch too though! Think it was because it was near Xmas that time and someone different delivering.

Glad you enjoyed M&W - I never really liked them as far as I remember. Usually go and visit Morecambe's statue when we go there though.

Hope your hens were OK softpad.

Oh Softpad, so sorry to hear your problem. Big hugs for you and hope you will feel better soon. Glad your chicks are OK and that you have managed to get some security set up.
