Anyway (trying to ignore the stomach grumblings) I have missed you all!!! How on earth do you lovely compers cope when you go on 'proper' holidays????

Wrestling was more fun than I could shake a stick at - although I didn't manage to bag myself a WWE wrestler *sigh*. The comedy night was great fun too, it was my first and I can't wait for the next one!

Annnnd....I have come home to leaves a'plenty! Mother Nature might be a little behind schedule here but the leaves are falling thick and fast and everywhere seems to be gorgeous shades of red, orange and yellow! Although no doubt in 2 weeks time I will be whinging about leaf clearing :cheesy:

Oh and my 'lumpy' wrist has gone down so it is definitely due to too much comping!

Sounds like you had a lovely time DreamingofK. Have only had short breaks for the last year or so as we can't leave our teenage kids for too long on their own. Do a little bit of comping while away if I can access the internet.

Good Morning,

Been raining all night here (again) but looking quite nice at the moment. Should get washing up to date with any luck.
Need to buy some more food - just vanishes in this house.
DD must have popped in to supermarket last night and bought some reduced price sandwiches for her lunch today. Must have taught her well.
Hope everyone has a lucky day. Got my Currys list done so off to do some dailies now.

I used to take my lappy with me when on hols & always
tried to get hotel with connection
don't go on hols now so don't have to worry about it now

Very frosty here today but the sun has come out so looks like a nice day. Sister is coming today as we are going to York tomorrow.
