Decided to have cornedbeef hash tonight - went to open cornedbeef and the tab thing for opening it was missing! O'h well DH didn't cut himself too badly

Glad you have managed to post at last Walwin.

Have been having a few extra Tassimos ILC since I have ordered a few more. Only got the one flavour for each of us at the moment though. Caramel Latte for me and Costa Americano for DH. Ready for a sight change.

Going off to do the last 2 clickies I still haven't done.

Home made Cornish Pasties sound nice Sylvia but don't fancy them with mushy peas. Haven't really got a taste for mushy peas although DH likes them with fish and chips so I do sometimes have them then. I find it amusing in some area when they ask you if you want mushy peas all the time.

I saw the Tassimo and pods I tesco yesterday and hinted to hubby....but he was more interested in looking at the man flu remedies!

I love mushy peas with mince n onion pies! Mam used to do mushy peas on our Sunday dinners but I just do garden peas for ours.

Fire**fly, I've been entering some of them click to win ones! I don't mind these ones but the dailies can be a pain as I keep pressing the wrong box on iPad! I tried the compsalex way but couldn't get it to work!

Indie, big congrats to your DS :T Brilliant achievement! Good on your DD too Sylvia! :T I wish I could have kept up my nursing studies. I got emotional when my friends all graduated when I should have done too! Ah well, I'm loving working with the kiddies with disabilities now

I sent another email about my missing win so hopefully might get it! Also, plumber got in touch and he is coming in two weeks

Wingo - sorry you had to give up nursing but you seem to be in a very rewarding and enjoyable job now. Things have a way of working out. I met Fred in York on a blind date, we had been writing/telephoning each other for some time. My kids were hid behind a newspaper on the station checking him out. It will have some memories going back there on thursday. Have you really got to wait 2 weeks for a plumber? Glad your toilet isn't blocked!

Well done on your cereal win Sheils, do you still do the mini games as well? I have dropped them off for a bit as can't keep up.

Question for anyone - when you do the instants where there are more than one try, do you just keep going or come back later to do others at a different time. Also how do you cope with the ones that are every 24 hours, I seem to only do them every other day as you have to do them later each day.

Hopefully you'll get the Percy gear soon. Annoying as it's a figment of our imagination until it's delivered.

Do they still have the pig poo smell in York. Went to the Viking centre many years ago and you get the realistic poo whiff

@lomaxsylvia I don't do the Magazine instant wins, after reading the T&C's and realizing they didn't actually promise to have any winners at all.

I've started keeping a comping diary here. I hope it's not out of place here in the Compers Chat Corner subforum.

Hope you have a lovely time in York Sylvia. We usually have a visit there every year.
The Yorvik Centre still smells ILC.

I just do the instant entries all at once but the 24 hour ones are annoying Sylvia. I have been doing the mini games on Dorset Cereal as they have 100 prizes on offer on their monthly prize again. Have had quite a few wins from them over the years - cereal, granola and porridge. When I won on Belvoir once I won loads of Dorset Cereals and bowls too.

I can't get the Dorset one on iPad Sheils. I don't know what's wrong with laptop either, I've got Kaspersky on it but it won't let me put any passwords in at all! I can put in all the other fields but seems to be blocking all passwords! Kids are wanting to play on maths website and moshi site. It's not a parental block either!

Sylvia, it's the only time plumber can do as its a biggish job. We need a new boiler and moved to the other side of kitchen as well as pipe work etc. That's why no one wanted to get back to us with a quote! We can't move on though till this is done. I know it's not gonna be done before Xmas now though.
I just enter the instants when I remember!

MH - I don't do the magazine instants just the ones on the dailies if you know what I mean. Have won from them and other have too. Looked at your diary, its interesting seeing how other do it. Thanks for sharing.
