hope all is well,parents came to see my new compact dryer this morning after I had my breakfast,then I went out to my walking group had a nice latte in a cafe afterwards

I am off to my parents for lunch soon.

You must feel great losing all that weight Katie - well done! I must make an effort too as all the weight I lost a few years ago is back on.

Just been out for a walk and the rain came on and we got soaked.

Euro did the Novotel Hotel take the payment from your card? My hotel did and then repaid it when they got instructions through to say it was free. Have spoken to hotel and everything seems to be OK now - can't believe the mess that company has made of its comp. Hope the stay will be good!

:eek: Just checked in a panic! Thanks for the heads up, but oddly no, nothing on there from them and nothing 'in process'. Weird! Can't believe they did that to you!

Think it was a case of Novotel not telling the hotels what they were supposed to do with our bookings quickly enough. Wasn't a problem for me as there is a silly, huge limit on my mastercard and it was repaid the next day but could have been a problem for some.

Yeah, luckily there is plenty of available balance on mine, but if there hadn't been it would've caused charges!

Here's to a lucky November (my birthday month). Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed! :rotfl:
