Had another email from Novotel asking me to call a number to redeem my prize. So, I just got my one free night booked in a London one on our anniversary and am also in the process of sorting out the voucher for the buy one meal, get one for 1 GBP sorted (for same location). Dead chuffed. The room would've cost us 130 quid otherwise!

Is taking a while to sort out though. It's a call centre in India. Oh, just finished. All sorted. Should get confirmation emails shortly

Glad you got it sorted euro. I am waiting until tomorrow as I only have free calls at the weekend and it sounds like you were on a while! Hate paying phone bills when I can phone free.

Over 23 minutes in total!! But I used my mobile which has 240 free mins each month (which I rarely even get close to using), so it didn't cost me anything. Do you have any free minutes on your mobile at all?
