Hope everyone is well and good luck for today

Sore back yesterday - was ok the night before when I went to bed but I must have been sleeping/turned awkwardly through night and ended up with bad back and stiff neck - gawd knows what I get up to in me sleep! :eek::rotfl:

I'm even accident prone when I'm sending up the zzzzzz's!:eek::D

It's feeling tad better this morn and I feel a bit brighter but will be taking it easy for day or so.:p Plenty to do on computer etc.

Weather not so good yesterday (on and off) and chucking it down this morn, seems we are due heavy rain and gales for next few days :eek:

Good Morning all,

Been a dreadful night here too Alfie. Hope you feel fitter soon.
Talking about beds I ordered a new mattress yesterday and it is supposed to come tomorrow. Ours is desperately needing replaced and I'm sure that is why I'm not sleeping too well and getting a sore back. Hope it will be OK - so much choice nowadays. Just ordered a medium Silentnight one. Given up on winning one!

Been watching the fires on TV in New South Wales and the smoke around Sydney. Really scary. DS2 says it is pretty bad at times.

Hope everyone has a lucky day. October has been pretty good to me
considering the amount of breaks we have had lately.

You are right about changing mattress - I must get mine sorted - am sure that is the reason I have restless/uncomfortable nights!

Would love to win a memory mattress (to expensive to buy!) - maybe NL will be kind to me tonight/tomorrow and I could treat meself! Else, it will be off to the shops and get the next best decent one, always so hard to choose though!!! xx

awful through the night here as well alfie/sheils
& no better this morning & still throwing it down with high winds
woke up with a sore throat & rotton cold so it's def some chunky veg soup for today,
hopefully drive the cold away!

Postman just brought a Trex Calendar. Seem to remember discussing Trex with ILC so must have been a giveaway/comp that she told us about. Got some lovely looking recipes in it anyway.
