Your tea sounded nice ILC! :drool: We needed shopping in but didn't want to go today with it been busy so just got a few things and had a KFC

Sheils, I hate it this time of year with fireworks and mischief night. Some older kids can be cruel and so silly with fireworks.

We've had torrential rain and thunder & lightening here too fire**fly/Sylvia! It was quite scary actually sat in KFC in Teesside Park with the big flashes of fork lightening and the thunder so loud! The roads were getting flooded too.

I managed to find some promo kitkats so I got 3 packs. Just wondering when is best to enter codes!

X Factor was a wash-out. Only Nicholas shone-out. Rough Copy were rough. Tamera caught shoplifting whilst on the XF - silly mare:eek: (surprise Kingsland in flash vote)

Don't like KFC - much prefer McDs! Love the McTasty with bacon when it is on the menu :eek: Will miss going when no kids to take there.

I am getting sick of KFC and fast food places. We only really went for quickness and a treat for the kids but I would much rather go for a meal!

I can't be done with xfactor this time round. I switched over for casualty!

It makes my blood boil seeing that poor little blonde girl found with a Romanian family who tried to claim was theirs but DNA proved she wasn't related! :mad: How many more kiddies have gone missing like this, probably for trafficking. They claimed that they had 10 kids in the space of 8 months! Yeah right! Must have been immaculate conception!

MCD is sooooo bland.

Only like the sausage n egg muffin.

Tried a breakfast wrap recently and it was oh so bland, the hash-brown was half baked.


They theme everything using virtually the same ingredients. I've worked for them in Blackpool. (brown uniform stunk of grease!)


BK (whopper) are the best, but don't see them around much.

Wingo - hope you hand gets better soon, they can be quite painful the little cuts, its like a paper cut they are horrid. Do hope we dont have thunder and lightening.

DD1 has come over with the GD for the night so we can do homework and has gone back home with it still in the car, sigh.

I like KFC and McD Sheils, once in a while.

iluvcats - not managed to watch XFactor yet but have it recorded so will watch it in peace tomorrow after GD has gone home.

We took DD to Bella Italia at Dunfermline wingo and she loved it. First time we have taken her anywhere like that as she is such a fussy eater. We used Tesco Vouchers though to keep the cost down. Brewers Fayre has a few new things on the menu too - will be trying that out next Sunday. Really expensive for a family to eat out nowadays though

We watched Casualty too although DH always wonders why I watch it as half the time I have to look away.
