Wingo, they are not harris, they are Adorn. Checked on Amazon and they are RRP £19.99 and the fleece dust sheets are selling for £14.99 each and there are 3 sheets. Good little prize. I must admit that I usually use old curtains or sheets and only ever buy paint brushes from the £1 shop and throw them away after each use.

Sounds like good brushes you got Sylvia :) Hubby has always used some really old fashioned curtains which I think were his nanas as dust sheets. It's embarrassing when he decided to hang them on the washing line to air them off!

I've just counted all the little cuts caused with trying to open it...11 in all! :o DH said it was the way I opened it but I notice he waited for me to open it! :D
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!

Thank u for the pic wingo :T:T

Well - I is knackered but happy. Weather cleared up enough for me to go out in the garden for couple of hours.

I have the most beautiful climber that drapes itself over an ancient lilac tree - unfortunately last year couldn't prune it back due to accident, so have had a good prune now, cut up all clippings neat n tidy. Should see it thru the winter ok.

Cat is still sending up the zzzzzzz's:eek:

Gosh you are always so busy Alfie! You would have a fit if you saw our garden.

I have spent the last couple of hours trying to find a Samsung laptop charger for DD's Polish friend. She didn't give me the full details and since they have been sold 3 wrong ones already I wanted to get it right. Think I have finally found the right one - fingers crossed. The girls parents don't speak very good English and always seem to be sold the wrong things and they won't use Amazon in case they get things wrong.
Has everyone remembered to enter The Times Comp every hour?
Think I have only missed the 4pm one because of the charger search.

firefly - you have thunder at this time of the year, how unusual. Glad I don't live close to you, although I would love you as a friend if I did. Well done on your sample coming.

Sheils - its really hard getting the right laptop charger. I have got 3 now for my GD and all of them have blown after a few times and I definitely got the correct ones. Good of you to sort it for your DD's friend.

Just waiting for GD to come fore the night (homework time again).

Have to be careful with chargers as fakes or poorly made.

You can buy generic ones with multi-adaptor plugs BUT always a danger, though my ipod & another USB generic one are still going strong near 3 years. (both bought from high st shops)

When I worked in an electrical shop we would sell regulated multi-chargers, cheaper/unregulated ones could damage equipment.

    X factor in 10.

6 pages of comps, instants, 11x times ipad mini, (nearly missed one but caught within a min to spare!) Saturday radio.

Someone just let off a firework very close to our house - just about jumped out of my skin! Waiting to see if there are any more.

We had torrential rain a short while ago too.

Just hope I have got the right charger for DD's pal, it does say it is for that laptop. They have obviously been sold fakes that don't work. We don't have a big choice of shops near us . All our Toshiba Laptops chargers fit one another which is handy.
