Few years ago went to Tunisia in December AND it was lovely, escaped a week of C_ _ _ _ _ _ _ S tv ads etc. (was a bearable 70 f)

When I came back I went to Cologne and it was freezing :eek:

((could have gone to Cuba (late deal) but had never heard of it))

I used to go away every couple of months. (long weekend or more)

DH's 92 year old aunt goes somewhere exciting every Xmas as her birthday is around then too so she celebrates both. She hasn't said where she is going this year. She doesn't worry about her family just ups and goes. Makes us look pretty unadventurous although in the past we have been known to go abroad 5 times in a year. Usually 2 or 3 though.

Thanks FF. I didn't win but DH did, so that will be his lunch sorted for Monday in Blackpool! It wasn't supposed to start until 1pm was it? We were waiting on it starting. Must try and win myself one too.

Can't believe you have the lattice already ILC! We don't have a Greggs so will need to wait for ours.
I quite often can't get the things I have vouchers for. Those Pizzas just appeared again here when the offer came on.

Afternoon everyone :wave: I've been working in the school all day but we did go out on a trip
Don't mention the 'c' word, I've started getting pressies in but would like to get them all in before December! Too many bdays in dec for us!
