Hiya everyone. Not been in the Inn for a while as been madly cleaning and having a clear out.

Has anyone else got a really scary lady boss LOL? I'm sure she doesn't like me and she always wrecks my confidence and I'm second-guessing myself even though I'm normally really confident she can reduce me to a jelly! I could do 100 things perfectly and it's always the rare things I do wrong that she seems to remember. Has anyone got a boss like that?

Lovely sunny day here so hope it keeps dry so I can attack the garden again.

That's very sad about DS1's friend Sheils. Well done on him doing the Sydney marathon.

I also have 4 family birthdays before the C word firefly but the last one isn't until the middle of Nov so I suppose thats a bit late for the C word.

Softpad, in my last job I had a lady boss and she was a nightmare so I know how you feel. I wouldn't mind but she was not a well woman and I really put myself out to help her. In the end she bullied me that much that I left.

What have you all got planned for today?

Hope there are some more wins in the Inn before the end of the month.

Horrid not having a nice boss softpad. Hate to say it but usually women bosses are worse than men.

Just been to Tesco to use some of my Dr Oetker Pizza Vouchers. I could only find one the other day so was really annoyed with myself but found the rest last night. They are the Panebello ones and they are nice. Used 3 today and still have 4 but no offers next month so will try and use them before they go out of date.
Have got some beds changed but DS3 is still in his! Not very good drying I'm afraid so could be finishing stuff in the tumbledryer later.


EDIT : A new postman has just brought my Champagne win. "O'h I don't drink" says he. "Thats OK I wasn't offering you any" says me.

firefly - bet you can't wait until Dec 1st, I think the C word will crack open before then, especially with the Advents starting.:rotfl:

Sheils: Tuesday around 7am, Mr. T. just had loads of the Ristorante variety (normal/promo freezers)

Only have until Monday so not sure who will have them as it's a trek to Mrs. A. Mrs. S. or Mr. T.


Morr. have the Ristorante listed @ £2 so no go there either!

Hope you get the pizzas ILC. Didn't use the last lot as they were for a kind no-one liked. (hard to believe I know)

Don't think I am ever that lucky on the advents apart from some FB instants etc. Usually been lucky with Lemsip and Bacardi !
Won a Hotel Chocolate Hamper one year which was great as it came on Xmas Eve - just in time to chill the Prosecco!
