Hi all.
Just a quick question. We are going on an all inclusive holiday to Corfu. We are staying in the Louis family resort and travelling with thomson.
We are wanting to know if we need to take our own beach towels? Or are they provided?
Thanks in advance
Mark

a recent tripadvisor review says - "No beach/pool towels provided"0

Probably unlikely to be complimentary.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Hotels don't usually allow their towels to be used at the pool or on the beach, if you are worried about luggage space/allowance then you can usually buy cheap towels at resort, last year in Salou we found beach towels for sale everywhere, prices from 4 euros up to 12 euros for the larger fancier ones, if weight is an issue, buy the cheap ones and leave them behind, that seems to be what lots of people do, I have say, we don't.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

My brother stayed there last year and they did get beach towels - they were a different colour to the bathroom towels.
I would drop the hotel an email and ask.0 -

I guess it depends on the resort, I've stayed in lots of All Inclusive and Half Board hotels and none of them have supplied beach towels, nor have they allowed room towels to be taken to pool of beach, some have offered them for use at extra cost, however the cost of 'hiring' them is usually more than buying some cheap ones and leaving them behind when you go home.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -
Some AIs and other hotels provide beach and / or pool towels. The last two we stayed in were Melia Sitges and Le Blanc Cancun which both did provide them.0

Agree about the beach but cant remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn't supply poolside towels (mostly in the USA)0 -
Been on six all inclusive holidays to different countries and every one provided beach towels. But all the places were on the beach, so the hotel had their own part if the beach.
Would imagine most AI hotels provide towels for use on their property0 -

I would say it was the exception rather than the rule going on our experience, we've stayed in AI in Spain, Tunisia, Turkey and Cyprus, I guess it may depend on the type of hotel and it's ratings, ours have all been 3 star family oriented hotels.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0
