If it ever works, I expect I'll be down as "Miserable old boomer early retirees, trying to live as far away from children as possible, quaffing gin & tonic all day."
I expect that's because someone is fracking at the wrong end of your drive and the results are pending.0 -

I sincerely hope not. This is mega-nimby territory, but we probably all agree with fracking in the North.
Besides, I don't know enough school teachers, smelly students, tree-huggers, orange haired scruffy 'wimmin', or raving left-wing namby pamby so-called fashion designers upon whom to call to set up a 'protest rally'. Us 'locals' are either (like me) too old to engage in sabotage or armed battle with the frackers, or they're too busy 'earning their bonus' in the square mile all day.
And furthermore, our sleazy Tory MP [Eleanor 'the flip' Laing] would probably not help either because we couldn't pay her enough, or because she has a large shareholding in the frackers.0 -
That b@stard site has just labelled me an innate conservative.
I`d sooner be boiled in chipfat than be labelled a conservative.

C 14, older couples living in more remote areas earning a reasonable income from the land.
Hmm, well, its not exactly remote. I don't think of myself as older. In the least. I think of myself as younger. Not younger than yesterday obviously, but not older than old Father Time or well aged cheese or anything.0 -

Type O64: Bright Young Things: Well-educated young singles paying high rents to live in smart inner city apartment.
Well considering I don't live in a smart inner city apartment and don't think my rent is particularly expensive this is debatable. Reasonably well educated though.0
