I'm a G29, how about you?

Saw this today and thought it would be fun to post.
As all regulars know, people around these parts are somewhat obsessed with house prices. Certain people are also known to say that Boomers have all the best houses... The result of course of our managing to ride some amazing asset boom.
Experian groups houses across the UK into different types, making a set of assumptions on the type of households who live in them. Apparently I'm a type G29, which means that I'm middle aged and live in an over priced, small box in the South East. Clearly I should blame the Gen X husband as we boomers deserve better...

So over to you, what are your results and do they ring true? NB: limits to five look ups per day...

G30 - parents of school aged children, owning large recently built detached houses funded by successful careers.
Describes most of my neighbours. We've decided to not move again until retirement so although we have one school aged child left we're at the upper age of what could be considered 'soccer moms and dads'.
But recently built detached funded by earnings is spot on.0 -
Type H37: First to Move In
People living in the most recently built, brand new housing.
Not to bad, since i've purchased a 4 bedroom detached on a new build estate.0 -
I 39 Middle aged couples living in more desirable ex council house areas.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

A01 global power broker...
Except that was my previous post code. I put my new one in and I've been downgraded to O62 "crash pad professionals".
I've only moved a bloody 10 minute walk away as well.0 -
O63 fighting hard not to become A03.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

G30 Soccer Dads and Moms we aint, although can see why the postcode says that.
Just moved, prev was
Type B08: Dormitory VillagersComfortably off families in spacious homes in pleasant settings but within easy reach of jobs
however we moved as we couldnt reach jobs easily lol!!0 -
I am classified as an F25 Production Manager. I do not resemble the description given and I doubt that many of my neighbours would either.
Another example of statisticians trying to put all of us in little boxes....Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -
Where I am sat now:
Type E23: Balcony Downsizers
Elders, generally single, who have downsized to flats more suited to their income and capabilities
My permanent address:
Type A03: Business Class
Business leaders approaching retirement, living in large family homes in the most prestigious residential suburbs
I might soon be:
Type O61: Convivial Homeowners
Well paid professional couples, often with children, choosing to live in diverse urban areas rather than the suburbs
I can see where they drew those conclusions from the population of those postcodes, but none of those describe me0 -

They clearly do not want too much scrutiny of this kind as you are limited to 5 postcodes a day.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -
I seem to be "Resources loading, please wait", and have been for at least half an hour.
If it ever works, I expect I'll be down as "Miserable old boomer early retirees, trying to live as far away from children as possible, quaffing gin & tonic all day."0
