nothing works properly,why

All the text is bunched together ( as this post will be no doubt) ,smillies don't work,none of the reply buttons work ( link insert,bold,etc)click the 'show me' on someones thanks and it does nothing ,whats gone wrong ?and why are the quotes showing up with >p

I have errors on every page and I cannot close any of the small information windows ... I get odd script showing in quotes and it just looks a mess.

I see it says on the fixes list that smillies have now been fixed................not for me they haven't ,if only that was the only problem,I'd be happy

somehow or by someone ,my javascript had been disable,now enabled and everything is working
