Orange Data
I'm ringing up to 'cancel' my contract tomorrow but hope to get the phone I want upgraded to free at the minute they want £80 for it in the shop.
I'm not to bothered about anything extra on the contract as I get 100 minutes and 500 texts a month and this is fine as I prefer to text but if they offer extra I will obviously take it.
Will this start a new contract if I get extra minutes etc or will I have to stay with orange another twelve months. Also will I start to get charged/texts taken away for the delivery reports?
The main question I'm after answering is has anybody ever managed to get free GPRS useage from Orange added onto their contract? Even a couple of MB a month would do.

I've just left Orange for T-Mobile on the basis that Web N walk is more generous (1gb) than Orange (30mb) - anyway Orange did offer to waive the £8 fee so you might get lucky. That said I'm a high spender (average £80 a month)0

She offered me 500 minutes, 250 Texts and 5mb for the same price I pay now.
I said I needed the 500 texts messages 'ok, err yeah I can do that'
and I also got the K810i for free as well 0 -
