Vivaciti Broadband MAC

Hi,
Requested a MAC from Vivaciti this morning and they are refusing to give it to me. Their reasoning is that my connection is provided via the TalkTalk network and that TalkTalk have no MAC process, thus my only option is to cancel my service and re provide. This is not acceptable as it's a business line and we need to retain our phone number. What can I do?

It's a switch to an LLU line-that doesn't mean that you need to reprovision the line.
