Brand new car - found a scratch!

Hi everyone. I picked up my brand new car yestersday but when i got home and on closer inspection i noticed a few small vertical scratches on the drivers door frame, very closely located to each other and about 8cm in width in total. What rights do I have, can I complain to the dealer or this is just the case once i drive…

This hapened to a friend of mine, he took it back to the dealer, not a problem, they booked it in for the next week and fixed it in an hour or so.
