Problem downgrade price plan on 3
Hi everyone
I signed up a contract for 12 months with 3 in november 05. Then last September 06, someone from 3 phoned and offered me a new mobile and a new 12 months contract. We both new that my original contract would end up in November 06. Then this week I phoned 3 to try to downgrade the price plan and was told I could not do that because after 1st November 06 three had changed the rules and no one could no longer downgrade price plans after this date.
I then wrote a complaint letter to three costumer services explaining then that even the rules had changed in November 06 I got a new contract in September and back then no one adviced me that I would not be able to change price plan because the new rules was not in place at that time.
Today I got a phone call from 3 and they said that they couldn't do nothing about my complaint and said again about the new rules and that I could have a look on their website.
What should I do now? I don't think they've been fair.
Any advice would be really appreciated.

Funny how they can make your price plan "higher" when it suits them and they are taking more money from you isn't it?
I hate companies like this and they seem to be getting more regular at only looking after making money and not about customer satisfaction. I am due to renew next month butit certainly wont be three.0 -
Thanks for the answer Glass. I never had any problem with three before but after that I don't think I will renew with them again.
How can they tell me to look for the rules in their website now if when I had taken new contract the rules was not the same? Obviously in September when I upgrated the new rules was not on their website. How they expect me to accept that?
Anyone with a diferent thought????0 -
Please, need to know if anyone think I am in the wrong. I was thinking to report that to OTELO, would that be a good idea?0
