    Hi,
I am coming to the end of my training period. And have just received my first Smart's
I assume when I use them I leave them in the plastic packet ?
Or do I have to remove them from the plastic packet before posting ?

    Thanks

Leave the SMARTs in the plastic packet that they come in, that packet has a sticker on it with the 4 digit reference code of that particular SMART.

Think the sorting office has been storing survey stuff up for me, today I had a medium brown envelope, a large brown envelope, a jiffy bag and a cube delivered. Glad I was in! :rotfl:

I think I know the answer to this....

When the printed sheet says one thing and the online page says another, we're supposed to go with the online version - right?

My printed page says "Handwritten address" and online says "Printed label". Well - you haven't printed me the label have you? The first set from a training cycle and it's got a problem. It's only a little effort for me to make a label using a left-over page from a previous cycle but newbies might be puzzled.
Second posting pack arrived yesterday and the same thing has happened again - no printed label and "Handwritten Address" in the pack but "Printed Label" online. Are they trainingme or should I be training them?

And another white A4 envelope... I assumed the point of these was to protect the labels and the small items - which is necessary when the pack gets rammed through a letterbox. This time, all the paperwork was loose in the bag and the white A4 was separate. And the whole lot was mangled anyway!
I need to think of something new here...

Been waiting to start another session & this week I'm back on training even though I had already told them I would be abroad for the whole of July. Nothing showing for next week so will be interesting to see whether I will continue training on my return or will go straight in to full posting. Can't say I'm really looking forward to doing the full survey with all the problems there seem to be nowadays. Have enjoyed the other surveys while on break & have no problem spending the £5 L2S vouchers.

Your time on the panel is coming to an end - please return any smarts no longer required.
And just to make sure you go out with a bang, we've included 3 cubes in your final postal week. Pfft. Not impressed.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Elsien - Didn't they say "You have been specially selected as one of our esteemed panellists"?

I'm sure that's what they were thinking, they just accidentally omitted to say it or to include the golden smart they meant to send my way :D

I've got 3 cubes to post this week - was just thinking that it's a sign that I must be getting near to the end of my stint.

I only ever get cubes to post at the beginning or the end!

I've been resting for a year now, do you think I'll ever be invited back?
I do miss those free stamps :rotfl:
