Back but doesn't seem 6 months.

So, my fourth time in training... doing everything right. Doing it for around 4 weeks. Then I get an e-mail saying they are over subscribed. They've now done this four times to me in around a 6 month period. I don't mind because I keep getting stamps each time they send me a new starter pack. However, I got the ''over subscribed'' e-mail two days ago and now I've just had an e-mail saying Welcome to Royal Mail TNS...bla bla bla your first pack will be with you soon.

I'm currently on the Unaddressed Mail survey (until 1st March) but this week's drop down boxes haven't appeared. The rest of the site seems okay for me. Anyone else having the same problem?

This happened to me. When I got the welcome back e-mail 3 days later I didn't have to start from the beginning of training again so you should be okay this time to continue where you left off!

I'm also doing the Unaddressed mail surveys. The site seems to be working alright for me.

Could try refreshing to see whether that helps.

I am on the Unaddressed survey which started yesterday, 16th Feb, and only the first week's days are shown. I thought that previously all three weeks were shown from the start, although I could be mistaken about that.

When you applied did you receive confirmation that you were accepted onto the survey? If you did then either phone or drop an email to the helpline and ask them to look at it for you.

LATER:- I have just looked and realised that if you are on for the 3 weeks ending on the 1st March, you will already have done one full week. If that is the case then contact the helpdesk if the drop down boxes fail to show up for you tomorrow.

On 4th February I received this message,

"Welcome to the Royal Mail Survey.

We have now registered your details to our live posting panel and you will receive your first Sender Pack in the week commencing 09/02/2015

You will receive an email to notify when your first pack is being prepared and despatched."

however I still have not received the sender pack and when I log in online I am not supposed to be on the panel this week or next week. :eek: :rotfl:
