I have restarted the postal survey after doing this about 6 years ago. Please can someone remind me: if I have to post at the post office, does this mean I have to hand it in to the post-office counter person or can I just post the mail in the postbox outside? Thank you!

The postbox outside the post office will do, unless a parcel or something which has to be handed over the counter.

Just got my first parcel to post since the system changed. I got £6 worth of Love2Shop vouchers with the parcel and presumably will receive the extra £2 incentive much later, lol, will have to write it down. I hope there won't be many of these as I'm not completely happy about paying cash and getting vouchers in return - an odd one now and again is fine but I don't plan to make a habit of it

I got my first pack today. Everything was included but the two SMARTS were missing.

I've e-mailed them to ask about it. The envelope was slit open.

I received an e-mail yesterday morning asking if I still wanted to join. Replied yes expecting it to be a few weeks before anything happened. About an hour after got another e-mail stating that package will be on its way next week ....... but I am going away for 2 weeks at the end of the week. I have sent them an e-mail, what is likely to happen ?

I have a DVD parcel to post. It states to post it in a post box. However i am on foot tomorrow and there are no postboxes large enough to fit the parcel into near my house. Do you think it would be ok to hand it over at post office and make a note of the post box details outside, and record that i posted it in the same postbox ??

Just show it as handed over at the post office.

If you can't post where asked it is okay to post somewhere else as long as it is in your post code and you record correctly where you do post it.

The post box outside my post office is bigger and the DVD box fits in it so you may be able to post it in the box outside.

They seem to send the SMARTs you need separately from the posting packs.

When you have completed training and are on the regular panel, most SMARTs will arrive in mail from other panel members. You don't receive them in the posting pack then (and occasionally TNS send them direct to you in a separate envelope) and so I guess they don't include them in the posting packs they send out for training purposes.
