Before you all go firing off emails, might be wise to check as I may have got the presentation pack timings wrong. Apologies in advance if that's the case.

    Found this when googling:
We'd like to invite you to join our panel of 6,000 panellists for a fixed period of 6 months during which we'll ask you to send and receive a variety of letters. In exchange, we will send you a monthly incentive of 12 x 1st Class stamps and 4 x 1st Class Large Letter stamps, 2 sets of Presentation Stamps, and entry into a prize draw to win High Street vouchers.

So it does look like it should be every quarter.

Edit - ignore me - more recent posts talk about "occasional" presentation packs, and I can't find anything on the TNS site itself to clarify.

You usually receive a presentation pack when you start your 6 month period and I believe you receive another one when you finish the 6 month so that would tie up with your above quote.

Not everyone receives the Easter and Xmas choccies! As with lots of things with TNS, it is somewhat hit & miss.

Thanks for this info. :j  :money:

It has served as a reminder to me because I was supposed to receive presentaion stamps in January which I didn't receive until February so I should have received presentation stamps in April and this month but I haven't so I must email them although I am being rested this month.

An email I received stated quarterly presentation stamps so I emailed them and they have responded this morning. Here is a copy of their response,

    "Hi XX,

    Thank you for your email.

The presentation stamps are issued when you join the live panel and when your 6 months particiaption comes to end. You next presentation stamps will be in your final sender pack.

    Regards

    John
