The telephone number on the card is the courier's personal mobile number. She has ticked please contact me via text then her mobile number. I contacted her saying that my husband was in yesterday all day and could she deliver then, no text back, no response, and she didn't arrive at all. It's not like he even missed it as on the tracker it wasn't even attempted.
If it's the courier I think it is, she is a complete b*tch. Last time I had an order, she rung doorbell, I got straight up and got to the door just as she was putting the car into gear to drive away. She then barked and ordered me to go to her car to sign it for her as she couldn't be bothered coming to my door again. My sofa is two seconds from my front door so she must've rang and then got straight back in her car.0 -

Have tried, no response to either. She has written 'TEXT' in big letters on it so I guess she's afraid of angry customers ringing her up so she just doesn't answer the phone.
I'm going to fire off an email thanks to MrsAtobe. I've also sent one to birchbox as they might have a bit more leverage with them then me direct, OR PERHAPS TELL ME WHICH COURIER IT'S ACTUALLY WITH?!0 -
Well, can't fault Birchbox. They have replied within an hour of sending them an email offering to send a replacement box, absolutely no quibble or query. I've told them to send it to work adress this time!0

I would still like to know if yodel or citipost have it, or whether they're the same entity?! Birchbox couldn't answer that which is a tad worrying...0
