You don't have to use the secure key, but you'll then need to setup new payees through telephone banking.
Or you can use the 'Banking on the go app' to setup new Payees and just use the website one to use existing payees. Probably the decision I'd go with rather than having a crappy 'Secure Key'. The app also works as a 'Secure Key', but if I'm going to launch it, may as well setup the payment using it as well.0 -
I don't really have a problem with having additional security to add new Payees, but if I need to use this secure thingie to log on, they can shove their account up their .
