Assuming you've brought her up well then she should be well able to make her own assessments of people that she meets - not just her father if he ever shows up but also potential partners - and that being the case if he remains a waste of oxygen she should be well equipped to see him for what he is. On the other hand if you've actively shut him out now, once she is 18 he can come swanning back and claim its all your fault for shutting him off and removing his parental rights. In your position - annoying as it is for him to potentially have the ability to cause problems - the smarter course might be to let his disinterest speak for itself in years to come!Adventure before Dementia!0

Not to mention the fact he is not a good role model due to the drinking, taking illegal drugs, being arrested for possession of a weapon amongst other exploits
Look at previous cases somewhere like family law week....In the past, even rapists in prison have been granted PR for their biological children.... Very little you can do about removing it, and iklet to cost a fortune to do anyway: don't waste your cash on someone who isn't causing you a problem just now.0
