I am trying to connect with any other pax, who may of been on this flight delayed over 24hrs, to see if any have tried to claim against Thomas Cook and the results.

TCX 325 27th April 2013 actually departed 28th April

Any help greatly appreciated

It has been observed before that you might be wasting your efforts with this. If another claimant has been successful it doesnt mean you will be, especially if it went to the small claims track of the court, since small claims court success does not set a precedent.

Why not post full details of your delay on the Thomas Cook thread, including your efforts to get compensation so far, and you may get help. Read and understand the FAQ's first, and a couple of hours reading of the TC thread, starting with the most recent threads first, will stand you in good stead. You will need patience, tenacity and a fair bit of work if TC don't immediately pay up. Or you can forgo a third and get a no win no fee company to try for you.
