What are these wires?

Going to move TV to other end of the room soon. Since there is a fireplace in the way and the wall is adjoining the neighbours, probably going to have to run the coax under the floor. Right now the coax comes out of the skirting where I believe it goes through the wall, up in that wall and winds its way to the roof.
But where the brown coax comes out there are also two slim plastic coated wires, which emerge from the same hole and are bundled together. One is red and the other is bright green and I have no idea what they are for or where they go. Any ideas? They don't go anywhere, just cut at the ends, but there must be a metre or so of each one if unbundled.
Were there when we moved in.

Possibly some low voltage wires for a door bell etc.
Make sure they aren't live before you touch the ends!
Have you had a look outside where the brown coax enters the property? If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!

I had a look in the loft which is where the aerial comes in. Like a bowl of spaghetti up there.
There is a slim white cable, like a telephone cable, that seems to go into the floor near one of the coaxes. That may go to the alarm system.
Could it be an aborted motion sensor I wonder? Would account for it being in a corner. There is one already in the room though, on the opposite wall.0 -

What do the wires going in to that one look like?

That one is grey plastic, no wires exposed, doesn't look the same to be honest.0

If it were for a motion sensor, it would come out near the ceiling. It might be a door contact sensor but it doesn't look like the correct type of wire for an alarm cable or the right number of cores. If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!

The photo doesn't show it so sorry about that but it comes out in a corner in the middle of the house against the adjoining neighbourly wall. Nowhere near any doors. The previous occupants had their TV there too.
It is right near the plug sockets. Could it be something to do with a gas fire? There used to be one in the nearby fireplace but the neighhbours installed a woodburning stove instead.0 -
Is the alarm panel switched off? Are you able to open it and see if the wires originate from inside it?
Do you have a multimeter? You can try measuring the voltage on the bare wires for some clues as to what they might be for!If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!
