Engineer came yesterday and took photo's said the frame had snapped (£700+ bed!) and he would request a replacement.
Had a call TODAY from a lovely lady arranging pick up and re-delivery times for me.
Very impressed with the super quick response and efficiency.
Big thumbs up from me

I had a similar experience with them, my daughter got a new bed, first night in it her dad leaned on the frame to kiss her goodnight and it snapped!
