Thinking of buying buy to let - but next to graveyard

I'd think carefully before you buy. You don't want to end up coffin up a lot of money for a place that could turn out to be grave mistake.0

one way or another , living next door to one would give someone a good chance to get used to the idea of living in oneNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

I rent a bungalow with a graveyard at the bottom of garden. It has never given us a moments bother. And it means we are not overlooked into the back of the garden.
Much more of a problem is the school nearby and bloody parents selfish parking. It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

Next to a graveyard?
At night?
Creepy deepy! I think this best sums it up:

No I wouldn't, feels creepy IMO.0

it wouldn't bother me , for the same reasons others have given
quiet neighbours , not overlooked ,
graveyards are tranquil places,
nothing scary about the dead, its the living that scares me0 -
a few strategically thought out re-opened graves?

Edit: Come to think of it, that's extreme and expensive. The local Co op where I used to live managed to achieve much the same thing with opera.0 -
Dear all
Thanks for your replies - its interesting how some people are a definate no and others not so much. My conclusion now is that i wouldn't want to live in it but for an investment - I think it's fine. now it's crunch time and talk to the mrs for final decision.

I live next to a graveyard and church. Our bedroom and living room window look out onto it. It's beautiful. Very scenic. No one overlooks our house. And it's very quiet. I'd much rather leave next to dead people than living!0
