Hi guys, I made a complaint to Emirates about a year ago, they awarded me skymiles, but I would really like some kind of financial compensation. I was delayed almost five hours. Any ideas as to whether I might able to go back to them and insist on financial compensation?

Very good chance depending if you meet all relevant delay criteria. Without knowing date of travel, route, reason for delay etc impossible to be more definitive. Post on appropriate thread.0
