Dear Citygirl,
I also use the Superdrug Hot Cloth Cleanser - and didn't bother reading the instructions! I use it to remove all my make up - eyes included - just rub it all over and remove with a hot flannel. It removes everything, including my black eyeliner and mascara.
In my opinion, it really is as good as the others out there.
Sorry, I can't help with your hair issues. I use Tresemme - and only buy that when it's on offer.
I use bourjois clubbing mascara & its bomb proof.
I don't think any hot cloth cleanser removes full make up, thats why I use cleansing oil for night time & hot cloth cleanser for the morning.0 -
Hi Citygirl,
I used to live at home with parents and used to spend a lot on beauty/skincare/toiletries. However ever since I moved out, got married, had a baby, started paying rent and bills I had to cut down on these things.
But surprisingly my skin is looking a lot better and so is my hair !
For skincare- I use almond oil (from superdrug ethnic haircare section) to take off all makeup including mascara. I use a warm flannel to wipe. Then a use an ordinary facewash for the second cleanse (using neutrogena at the moment). As moisturiser I use either Bio oil or Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser.
Haircare- I use almond oil to massage into my hair and night and wash off in the morning with any shampoo (currently using Superdrug own brand for 99p ). Followed by conditioner- boots coconut and almond.
Makeup- I buy mostly from elf- their mineral line is brilliant !
Hope that helps !!:D0
