Quick Tip: TalkTalk Match Online Cashback Sites

Hi all - I wanted to quickly share this with you.
tl;dr
When talking to customer retention departments, mention deals on cashback websites as they might match them. Be polite but firm!
I live with my girlfriend and we have talktalk broadband. The account is in my name and it was coming to end of the contract.
I planned to cancel and sign up in my girlfriend's name to get the best new customer deals.
On the phone, I told the disconnection team as much. I said I was going to sign a new contract because I could get the following:
All in all my line rental and broadband (~ 11Mb Unlimited) costs ~ £9 per month and I haven't had one fault with it in the last 12 months. Technical support is a bit variable but generally better than I thought, given talktalk's reputation.
Hope that helps

On the phone, I told the disconnection team as much. I said I was going to sign a new contract because I could get the following:
- £70 cashback via quidco.com/talktalk
- 9 months half price
- At first they said they couldn't match it as it wasn't profitable
- They then tried to offer me another deal
- Eventually they near-matched (£63 credit) the above as it was more expensive for them to go through with the disconnection and new account creations
