I hope they don't do as my friend did, let his mum's parrot out of the cage with the back door open, you can guesss the rest.
    His defence?
I didn't think parrots could fly!

It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Well, accidentally ended up with a 'gift' for her.

We're going to our usual Haven resort and she said she'll be up a nearby beach with the kids, one day, and to message her to meet up.So I mentioned possible day passes to come into the park and private beach too, that was a no go with the park BUT as we pay for a 6 berth caravan and therefore the same price for the holiday as a family of 6,they said I can put her and the kids on my holiday booking free of charge so she can com up to see us and make use of the park as much as she wants.

So,she'll be bringing the kids up to see ds during some days and have some fun :) Our parrot won't be alone and she can have some fun.

She's also hoping to meet a particular friendly lifeguard LOL won't tell her oh that bit!!

Sounds good to me and she's very happy!
