    Well! I've waded through the thread, pointless though it is.

    OP you have given the firm ample evidence that should they choose to sue you for libel I believe they would win, not only that they would probably also sue MSE for publishing your (dare I say it) nonsense. You would also then be responsible for all costs to MSE as well. That could be expensive. Do you seriously believe that this company does a bad job for all it's customers?

    You have a complaint, that's fair enough, slagging the company off on a public platform is not.

    I'm off back to DT, they make more sense there.
