Orange T&C - June 07
anyone know what changes are for T&C's for paymonthly contracts that started 1 June 2007? I am looking for a way out of my contract because I flushed my phone down the loo!!! Orange want £250 for upgrade (PLUS COST OF A PHONE) phones4u said they would buy my contract out cos im 13 months through a 18month contract, But just found out the I am only 8months because they re-set the contract length when got the broadband from them.

I have now done that, however I am still interested to find out what the changes in T&Cs are and if they will allow me to get out of the contract?:D
Basically, Orange CS have been totally unhelpful trying to deal with this issue! Now I know that Its my fault that I lost the phone and I know I don't have insurance, but I wasn't asking for the world (Just some help getting a replacement, for example Orange Shop can't provide orange SIMS, I had to go to CPW)!!! they didn't give me any help regarding the options available to me - Every question I asked was met with resistence from them. AND THE UPGRADE POLICY IS MADNESS. £250+cost of a new phone :eek: !!! Whats that about, when clearly you can purchase a SIM Free Phone for less than that!0
