ebay just suspended my account due to alleged fraud-advice needed

yep,its looking like to resolve the whole fiasco i'm going to have to get shafted for money.
i have not received the goods back,sorry if this wasnt made clear.
he still has the goods,would have refunded him if i had them back.
as things stand,i have the money,he has the goods.

i get loads of these emails, i send them to spoof email at ebay and they usually say they are fake!

Yes but it's a bit of a giveaway that they are genuine when you go actually go to ebay, can't login and see that it says "No longer a registered user" on your feedback page.

yeh ok i read it with half an eye... but i have been sent similar emails saying the same thing... turns out to be someone filing a complaint wanting money back etc... soon baggered orf when i said i had proof of posting. and i remember couple of email saying account suspended due to fraudulent selling... turned out to spoof...

so although i shud ave read threads thorougly i still reakon i got half a point...
