Hi Cycrow, Well done! But, you are not telling the truth are you? Nobody outside South Korea gets more than 100 Mbps. if that was the case, you could download a Bond Movie in HD in 43 seconds, and why would you do that? And, you haven't said how much this alleged 120 Mbps is costing you. "Oh Brave New World".

you need to get your facts straight. 120Mbps is perfectly possibly and there are plenty of people in the UK who have it.

There are also plenty of places around europe that have faster speeds as well

the cost is irrelevent. you said the Best broadband, you never said anything about the cheapest, or the Best Value

Out of interest, what is your upload speed?

Perhaps you can post a speedtest screen shot.

Indeed PlusNet do advertise Up to 16MB and charge £8.50 for the privilege of a 10GB data allowance.

So if you are getting up to 22MB and paying £5.99, we are speaking of a long term user...so why are you posting now about a product and a price unavailable to new users.

As an aside, I paid less than that for my O2 unlimited data connection and now I pay nothing.

    Hi NiftyDigits,
I use https://www.speedtest.net. It is the most accurate measurement of Broad Band speed. I simply posted my rare blog as I was so pleased with the service that I received. I will cease now forthwith due to adverse and negative feedback. UPLOAD SPEED 0.37 Mbps. As an "Aside".

Hi TadleyBaggie, I knew someone would raise this question at some stage. What a rotten World it has become, when truth is demoted by fabrication, disbelief and myth. Your children, and your children's children growing up in a quagmire of distrust, superficiality and alienated reality. It is 'Old Fashioned' to be honest, true and upstanding in society in the 21st Century. Sad, destructive and lonely as your BLOG clearly depicts. I place integrity before life itself; I, simply was a happy soul, who was a pleased with a Company doing the good thing, and thought others should know about it. Oh, to go through life's treadmill, with opaque sentiments, a hollow gesture N'est Pas? Good!

I think I saw that lot in the Gruniad as well :rotfl:

That is a very poor upload speed. Shame that you couldn't post the Speedtest screenshot.

£5.99 'permanently'? Hmm... Would that be on the same basis as the late lamented 'free Orange broadband for life'?

Per Plusnet Email received today - a price rise of £1.50 per month. I make that a 25% price increase.

Wake up , it's not 1970 anymore. We have 120+Mb broadband around now.

Suggest you read up on current speeds using your excellent connection before putting others down!
