I never usually sell wins because I only enter for things I/my family want. However, if I want a new TV, I'll enter for every TV I can. I might be so lucky as to win two (now that really would be luck.lol.) What would I do with two TVs? Well, I know what I personally would do. I would keep both as I'd be scared about selling one because of other people's opinions.

I agree, if I won another of something I already had I would also sell it on as I could probably do with the cash more than anything.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

If I was elected god of the forum for one day, I would ban this topic. What is the point of rehashing it, over and over? Some think selling prizes is wrong, and they probably always will. Others think it's fine, and they probably always will. The adult thing is to accept that people have the right to decide these things for themselves, and let them do so in peace.

ive sold something ive won, i used it first and it wasnt for me so i sold it (it was a pram). my main reason for taking up this hobby is that money is very hard at the moment. I dont enter to sell but i dont see a problem selling things on that you have won. At the end of the day as long as someone has won something fair and square what they do with it doesnt matter to me0

T&C's permitting people can choose to sell or not that is up to them.
When searching for info on the Sony TV, E-bay listings came up and that one had the full model number/specs for the TV that can be won and it is almost certainly from the same competition.
If I am looking on e-bay I nearly always check what else a seller has on offer and their completed listings. In this case they were all comp wins that are being or have been sold and it simply shows what can be achieved by a "pro" comper (or an amazingly lucky one) and what sort of price you might expect if selling the TV (several others have already been and gone).0 -

Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, I would be more worried about being scammed by the buyer and the hassle of selling things in the first place ( and the guilt if you sell to someone you know and it breaks down/goes wrong).0 -

Well, usually I can't be dealing with the hassle of selling things on Ebay anyway - even just things that we no longer need. It uses too much energy for me and I can't get to the Post Office to post things, so when I do rarely sell things I do it on the local village selling page as the buyer collects.
P.S. Please don't take offence at my previous post. I wasn't saying the part about worrying what people think as a dig at you. I worry what people think about all aspects of my life!2019 Wins
