You could always try a cctv setup, not too expensive. Trouble is, I don't know if the police would bother, even if you did. You hear so many cases of people having clear evidence, and no action being taken. In fairness, when we had some trouble and I videotaped it, the police did use it, but that was a comparatively low level abusive behaviour. Worth a try though, I would have thought. My sympathies, can't imagine what the motivation can be. Jealous???

If Police don't take action -force them too, take it higher level, get MP involved.Don't be a victim.
It's a criminal offence committed , no iffs or buts.
What would happen if a police car got vandalized?

    .

I think you missed "whinging that the Polish are stealing all the jobs" whilst not wanting to get out of bed before lunch.

That said, they've done the street so it is not personal. Could be kids and beer. The old biddy with a grudge is possible but it seems to have been done when everyone is parked so late night/very early morning. I'm putting money on kids and beer.
What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?
  • this is so bad. Its so interesting talking to Polish people and what their lives are like back home.

I met a lovely young lady who worked herself to near death at 30. Her mum had cancer in Poland and because they dont have our nhs her and brothers had to fund it. Her husband left her because she had cancer. Then the mother ran a sort of farm selling flowers and because she was ill couldnt do it. Their benefit system provided about £40 per month. Anyhow this polish girl sent home practically every penny she earned as did her brothers to support their mother. They are very proud people and believe you should work to support your family.

I learnt a lot from her and the reasons why they do what they do.

that's thine thing, if you live near council estate !!!!!! who have their income and rent subsidised and don't understand the value of ownership. You're prone to this sort of thing.

If you are a car owner you have to be super careful and not step on anyones toes.

this is true for most immigrants who travel far to go work for in a foreign country. Same could be said for first gen asians as well who work their !!!! off in manual labour jobs.

The problem is though if these Polish people settle in this country and have children, their children will be fed through the instant gratification culture, spoonfed through the crap schooling system we have which feed your head with unrealistic expectations and end up being a loser like the rest of the population.

There is something wrong with the attitude of workers in this country and relying on immigrant labour to fix it the problem is a bit like taking a shot of heroine to fix your depression. It will just create more of a problem in the long term.

If you own any property at all the same applies.
Tell the crackheads to go somewhere else to drink their cider and shout abuse at passers by, and you wake up to find all your garden gnomes have their heads cut off

    They know where you live.....
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

    Utter, utter scum.

They will never know what it is like to have something that you have worked hard for and are proud of. That is why they think so little of damaging another persons property.

They're also crackhead and unlikely to report anything to the police... Just saying

I haven't a clue what goes through what passes for the mind of scumbags who do things like this.

Small willie, small brain, small life going nowhere, butt ugly girlfriend known all about as the local bike, benefit been cut again, jealous of your mate being able to buy a decent Volvo cos he works his socks off?

You'll never understand them because their natural habitat is the gutter with their baseball cap pulled firmly down to keep the lice in.

There are also some, who are just plain nasty from the start, they can be given everything in life, but seem to get pleasure out of destroying what is not theirs.:(
We had a young lass in one of my previous jobs (she was in her early twenties) who seemed to get a lot of pleasure out of having affairs with married men, dumping them and letting their missus know.
I think that some of these people get a sense of power by doing nasty things.

Some local tossa has gone and keyed a load of cars parked outside-

This Volvo belongs to my Polish neighbour who works every hour God sends and is the nicest most cheerful bloke you could ever hope to meet. They have also keyed a fairly new Toyota and a brand new supercharged Mini Cooper.
I live on a private estate with no through access so it can't be someone just passing by, but even worse someone who lives in one of the 76 apartments here. If I find out who.......

I feel your pain, bought a black car in Jan, within 10 days someone had keyed it along back door, panel and bumper. gonna cost me £150 to have it repaired (which it needs doing as it's starting to rust within the scratch). If I'd parked in front of a neighbour's house, or annoyed someone, i could kind of understand them seeking retribution, but i dont know who would have done it or why...

needless to say ill never buy another black car, probably only aim for silver in future...
