 No I didn't think so, yet more trolling by our resident muddler.
 Oh look the first paragraph of the article.....The government has welcomed data from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors that suggests both the number of buyers entering the property market and house prices are increasing sharply.
 The Beeb may have paraphrased the exact message but that's ultimately what people will read.0
