Problems with Talk Talk

Hi all
Not necessarily a money saving question, but I wondered if anyone else has issues with Talk Talk broadband when using wifi on an Iphone? There are two of us that use it in the house and we constantly have problems, but the laptop seems to be fine.
When I called to complain, the advisor pointed out I was on the cheapest tariff, so basically what did I expect!! Regardless of the package I'm on, I'm entitled to get the service, maybe just not as quickly!
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

No such problems on our 2 iphones on a TT connection. Have you tried a network reset on your iphone? If not, go to
settings>general>reset>reset network setting and then reconnect to your wifi. If this doesn't solve the issue, then do a hard reset on the router. Failing that, try a different router.0 -
If the laptop connection is fine, then you appear to have a phone issue. TT are not anyway responsible for your wi-fi reception-their job ends at the router. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I got a letter from Talk talk last week dated "August 2013" saying prices were going up and I had 28 days to cancel if I wanted to. However,I paid my line rental upfront. can I get that back or am I tied to them? :-(0
