Lan Airline delay

Hi there
New to this forum so please be gentle.
I had a delayed flight with Lan on the 29th Jan 2013 and have written to their Spanish address as they have no contact in the UK.
Haven't had any response from them, a little advice would be appreciated.
Does anyone have any idea if they have a registered office in the EU or do I continue to send correspondence to the Spanish address which is at the airport?
I suppose after sending them 2 unanswered letters the next course of action is small claims but just a bit wary of starting proceedings to the wrong address.
Thanks you all

LAN is basically a number of airlines under one banner. Do you actually know which Airline were providing the flight you were on. I presume you were flying into Spain from S. America?0 -
I was flying from Madrid to Lima on the 29th Jan and was delayed for 12 hours. It was a Iberia flight number but Lan were the operating carrier0

You could try their English address:-
LAN Airlines
Airport Office
Terminal 1 – Zone E
Heathrow Airport
TW6 1TA.
I'd recommend sending it recorded delivery.0 -
Thanks for that , couldn't find the UK address will send them a letter and see how I get on.0
