The nobs are auto sparking so each one clicks when you push it down and therefore there is no ignite button.
I can ignite the ring by turning and pushing down to turn on the gas then push down one of the other nobs to get the thingy to spark. Or use a match. So it's just a faulty button that doesn't make the thingies spark - hopefully easy to fix!
It's hard piped into gas then connected to mains electric.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

Sounds like a faulty connection between the mains and the knob, so shouldn't be a complicated fix
