Morning all
ttftm thanks for starting the daily, I know you do it most days and I always mean to say thank you x
rosyred I know exactly how you feel, we've had ours up twice and taken it down, like yours it's biggish and we would want to downsize. At the mo our youngest is still at 6th form so have decided to hang fire but it really got me down, hope it sells soon.
judi I know you will keep an eye on her. I hate depression in whatever form, I know lots of us have first hand experience of this. My son is off work and still trying to work his way out of it. He's looking for a job that's more outdoors as he feels this would help and he is having counselling and I can see him smiling a touch more. He has lots of support and a wonderful girlfriend but I'm still worried to death about him.
I'm another one slacking a bit in the cooking stakes at the moment. I really need to get back to baking and filling the biscuit tins its saves us money. I do tend to cook more in the wintertime though.
I'm ashamed to admit I had the heating on for an hour last night, it felt really chilly. I'm not complaining I much prefer winter time:o
Youngest has gone off to work, which he is loving. He has left me a list for his Leeds festival it says

RosyRed (((HUG))) It sounds to me as though you could do to fill the dog-shaped hole in your life. I know what you mean - there's something about having a woofer in tow that makes you feel a whole lot safer. Fwiw, where we are, we're starting to get blackberries ripening - are there any safe walks near you where you could do a spot of hedgerow foraging ? If I'm dogless, I feel a right twerp going out on the buggy for no good reason, but if I have a plastic tub for fruit gathering, it's not so bad.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
