Virgin 200 mins airtime

Buy any new Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go phone and get 200 minutes airtime. Airtime is paid over 2 months with a 2 month 100 minute bundle voucher (contains 2 x 100 minute one month bundles). Please can anybody tell me how this works. I want to buy one of the cheap virgin phone as spare, I am wondering whether I can use the 200 mins airtime I will get in my current virgin phone. Do they come like vouchers and also once activated do they have an expiry date? I am a light user and it will take me ages to use 200mins. I just want to know whether once the vouchers are activated whether you have to use it within two months?Thanks

They are just like a topup. You text the voucher card number and it tops up with 100 minutes straight away, then another 100 the following month.

You can use them with any Virgin PAYG SIM and, as far as I know, they never expire.

They can be used on any Virgin phone, either the new or old SIM, or give them to someone else.

There are 100 minutes a month, with a month rollover. So you'd have 3 months to use them.

My voucher says it must be activated by 30th June, but someone at CS said July 31st; so I expect those are a newer issue
