  • No research into the boiler or system is needed and will confuse you. The programmer you have pictured is a Potterton 411 and was made for them by Horstman controls. Horstman sold the same programmer under their own name as the model 423.

    Simply look the model number up on the net in the Horstman or Drayton programmer compatibility guides and you will be able to find a suitable replacement with appropriate instructions and wiring diagrams
