Cruise company keeping deposit of £300

First time poster in need of advice. I booked a cruise a week ago and paid a deposit of £300. This was done over the phone while checking the deal online.
When I went to the website to log my details a week later i noticed the documents they had sent me did not match the cruise i was sold.
I booked 1 night in Miami and 11 on board ship. Their emailed paperwork said 1 night in Miami and 10 on board ship.
I looked back on the website and it had conflicting information saying 11 nights on board in one section and 10 on another.
When i complain they said i could cancel but i would lose my £300 deposit which i don't want to do and feel forced into going on the cruise which is souring what i hoped would be a holiday of a lifetime.
I took screenshot of the webpage and tried to capture a copy via that historic web archive but that didn't work. After my complaint they immediately changed their website.
This isn't a small company its one of the biggest in the industry and this is my first cruise any advice would be much appreciated.

This is why, in addition to the fact I am very deaf, I am reluctant to book over the phone and prefer to book by e-mail when I have written proof of what was agreed,
Hope you can get it sorted .0 -
If it was online, you will be able to find the old page somewhere, then can use that to get a full refund.
Look on your Internet history (cache)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
