Listen out guys - I agree it was my fault that i should have bought an item after more research - Put my hands up- With my wedding arrangements and so many items to scroll through i left my thinking cap behind- I also only found out recently with this purchase that there are resellers on Amazon initially i thought it was to do with Amazon itself and only was familiar with ebay.
Here goes my story in detail :
Purchased the anklet and upon delivery like anyone else opened the package thats when i found out it was 1 piece and i had assumed it would be a pair. I wrote to amazon (It was actually a reseller) stating the same and the reseller replied if packaging was opened they will not accept returns i requested discount (Now if you familiar with asian culture most of our shops even in London we haggle!) The agent said it was not possible. I decided to go for 2nd piece as for me purchase was incomplete not knowing it would involve another reseller. I left seller feedback based on my first experience to the 2nd reseller (I quote not knowing) then i recieved phone call from 2nd reseller saying they never recieved a email from me and asked my details even mentioned unlike the other reseller we pride in our customer service if you are unhappy we will do something about it. hence i requested discount here if possible. THIS IS THE POINT I REALISED THERE WAS ANOTHER RESELLER INVOLVED. I even wrote to them (Got proof) that i should not blame wrong business will contact Amazon to remove the feedback (In my 5 yrs with Amazon this was my 2nd review did not know where to remove)
By then i start to get emails from both resellers constantly. I told them Amazon has been contacted and they usually take upto a week to respond. But the resellers kept emailing me talking to each other that i bought on purpose from each of them to scam. But i did not realise what had happened cause price was same and free delivery both time i purchase .
Now it comes to customer service area if reseller found that review was not appropriate they speak to Amazon (Guidelines set by Amazon)
End of the day i have done a purchase and still a customer.
Everyone may have opinion of own (Vested interest like Money-Saving-King)
Note to self:
Research properly
Previously when i read other's posts i thought what an idiot or how dumb , self can get into this situation too! (How many times we have made that 1 wrong purchase atleast in our life!)

If customer dont complain or post review be happy with what you got as it was your decision to buy!0 -

I think you need to get your story straight. Either you are only familiar with ebay and didn't understand how amazon works or you've been using them for five years so should know better.
You can't blame anyone for you not knowing how things are done on a certain website, the same as if you go to a restaurant, some you pay up front others after the meal, some you seat yourself others choose seats for you, some take reservations other don't, some offer a takeaway option others don't, some you order at the bar others have waiting staff taking orders at the table.
Each one will have a slightly different combination of those ways of doing things and if you arrive and are unsure you ask for help.
You misunderstood the original advert, even though it is obvious it is for a single item, you chose to do this from a phone that you find difficult to use amazon on and insulted another innocent seller. Instead of apologising and removing your feedback you asked for discount.
I don't believe any harassment is one sided based on how you are responding to negative comments on here.
If you don't like it either call the police on 101 to report the sellers or just stop responding, ignore them and move on with your life0 -

To summarise, you bought from seller A and wrongly assumed it was a pair, but only received one. You then bought a second one but from seller B, and accidentally left bad feedback for seller B instead of seller A?
Regardless of whether you have opened them or retained the packaging, you have a right to return within 7 WORKING days from when you received them under the distance selling regulations.
Are you still within 7 working days of when you purchased them?
Or you could just accept you paid too much for something and didn't read the information properly!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Ah, but by saying this...Listen out guys - I agree it was my fault that i should have bought an item after more research - Put my hands up- With my wedding arrangements and so many items to scroll through i left my thinking cap behind-
... you have already put yourself ahead of most of those posters you refer to as idiots. Many just jump on the defensive and vow never to return, opting for the more sympathetic opinion of a loved one not wanting to hurt their feelings.
Onwards and upwards and good luck with the wedding0 -
@pinkshoes You got it right yes thats what happened.
Thing is seller A told me that as packaging was removed they could not accept return. Not wanting to left with one piece which i did not want decided to buy 2nd piece and ended up buying with B reseller and left seller feedback that i had contacted customer care and my return was refused because packaging was open.
B reseller rang me to inform that it they had no such request and i explained situation guy on phone told me to write their customer service and they would work out an arrangement meanwhile if i could speak to amazon remove the review.
Whilst i was to speak to Amazon every hour there were emails being sent although i mentioned that i need to speak to them to remove the review as i had reviewed via email link did not know where it located.
Anyways i have decided to hold on the product and not return the 2nd item too. Meanwhile Amazon have guided me through the process and i have removed the reseller review. Kept product review on .
Resellers have also been instructed by Amazon to stop messaging me whilst they investigate reseller messages that they should not pressurise customer Re review usually it should be via Amazon. So the messages have stopped and i can have some peace finally.0 -
