Hi There
I am having difficulties with Amazon resellers (2) related to my anklet purchase. http://www.amazon.co.uk/BABY-PHAT-Gold-Metal-Anklet/dp/B0020KKHW4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1376330742&sr=8-1&keywords=baby+phat+anklet
I assumed it was a pair (Never bought anklet 1 piece before) product description is not clear just says 1 and also it was misleading as other similar items amazon selling £5.95 this was £14.95 thought it might be a pair hence higher.
Upon delivery opened package contacted reseller 1st reseller they refused refund as parcel was opened and i requested discount on second pair this was refused. I placed another order did not realise it was another reseller 2nd
I left review based on my experience and got a aggressive call from 2nd reseller I told them i did not realise it was different reseller (both prices same )and they advised we work differently if you had issue we would have sorted it for you. I thought seem nice requested via email for discount if possible .
I started to get all these emails calling me blackmailer and i told them to watch their language any concerns direct through amazon. Now they went to eurosparkle and both resellers have been emailing unprofessional . I complained to Amazon several times seperate team (how convineient ?!)
I am lost and feel treated like a piece of dust on shoe :-(

Is there any way to take action on these resellers as they are stressing me out with long emails frequently

I received 1 piece not a pair. One assumes with the way product is advertised buying a pair it is not the case. Personally compared to other similar products selling cant help but feel spending £14.95 X 2 pieces was way too much felt not value for money.
Seller Feedback Review:
Since my reviews were removed/and i do not have option to use this decided to share my feedback here
Eurosparkle: My review miracoulsly has been removed. Initially i contacted them to return the item was told if packaging is open they will not refund. Requested for discount on 2nd item this was rejected.
I needed a pair not 1! so placed another order this time it went through 'Jewellery for her' reseller who decided to ring me on phone (Not sure how Amazon shared this detail!) and mentioned that i should remove feedback it was meant for wrong company also mentioned if it was our customer support we would take feedback on board refering to above reseller experience.
Based on this i requested a discount with 'Jewellery for her' I had their staff calling blackmailer all sorts of names pressurising me not to put review as it was not their fault but for me fact remains i felt the purchase was not value for money.
Then i hear from 'Eurosparkle' calling me scam and all sort of language
I get this abuse just to put review here, Waiting for Amazon to investigate. But clearly both resellers somehow get high feedback and get negative removed to mask their poor customer service!

@meer53 People do make mistake no one is perfect! I have purchased numerous times online this time it was on mobile and did not show there were 2 resellers involved and the price was same.
@purcel - I do not know if you have purchased anklet before but they are like pair of earrings generally do come as a pair. I am blaming sellers for not mentioning this clearly on their advertisement moreover if i felt the product was not worth the value(other similar items selling £5.95) it is within my right that i share review with others so that they understand before buying the product.

Anyway this does not mean they can call me names and harass. If they do not think my review is valid they can always report me to Amazon.
It would help if people stop judging me here because you are not in my situation of finding an email every hour from these resellers0 -

You highlight a key point hear earings come as a pair and anklet comes as a single unit. Anklets would have been a pair

For Chris sake! I have told no refund or discount needed to Amazon although i was offered this option.
Only put a review out there for others to know (Maybe stupid people like me who mistake anklets to anklet)
